How often should the grease filters be cleaned?
There are different types of grease filters:  Aluminium filters: These are washable, Once a month or when necessary. Stainless Steel Baffle filters: These are dishwasher safe and capture even more grease than aluminium mesh and have a better airflow for better performance and are quieter. All you need to use is washing up liquid and warm running water. If the filters are small enough to fit in a dishwasher,  that is fine as long as the dishwasher detergent you use is not to aggressive.
